www.mogulus.com have a nice live broadcasting player with the option for live chat. It's still in beta so they aren't too dependable. I've had friends whose content were deleted for no reason.
Also, www.embedr.com is good. I really like the quality and look of the player.
I have used the yahoo's player - its quite good.
